Mending the NetsMending the NetsWoman mending fish net, Rach Tàu. Mekong River Delta, Vietnam. We stopped for an iced coffee, where I was the center of attention because some of these folks have never seen a tourist. We walked around a bit more, then had some lunch.

After that we got back on our boat to start the return journey. The wind had picked up by this point and the wider stretch of the river was a bit rough. I really enjoyed the day and feel that I got a sense of the delta and how the people live on the river.
