From the Journals… Phnom Penh, Cambodia. February 1, 2016

ScallopsScallopsClose-up of scallops in Pasar Kandal Market. Phnom Penh, Cambodia. I started the day with a walk through the nearby Kandar market. I took some pix, then ended up putting together a patchwork breakfast from what I found along the way. The big find was the fried dough things the Burmese call ejagwe.

I found these scallops in the market. It’s fun to stick my lens up close to something to see it from a different perspective. It gets me to notice the small details and patterns that might otherwise get overlooked.
