Africa, "Camel Market", Man, "North Africa", Portrait, Egypt, Cairo, ImababaTaking a Break

We went to the Souk el Gahmell, or the Camel Market. Although maybe not quite as big as I imagined, it was still large enough and very interesting. It was also very photogenic, especially later on when the light improved.

We met Sham, a 21-year-old law student who was selling bread at the market. He took me to an elevated area for some good pix. This was one area that was full of people in traditional dress, unlike most of what we’ve seen with mostly Western and only some traditional dress. We had a good time.
