Persian Baths RuinsPersian Baths RuinsPersian Baths Ruins, Kidichi, Zanzibar, Tanzania

I broke into a sweat at breakfast at 8:00 am. It is hot here, and I guess I shouldn’t be having 2 cups of coffee.

We were picked up to be taken to the assembly area for Mitu’s Island Tour. After 15 minutes or so, we were piled into 2 trucks to begin our very informative tour. We saw ruins and a spice plantation, learning about history, as well as fruits and spices. The other people on the tour were fun. British, South African, Danish, French in addition to ourselves.

We had a leisurely lunch after viewing all the spices, then moved on to Persian bath ruins, a coral cave, and a small beach.
