Southern Yellow-billed HornbillsSouthern Yellow-billed HornbillsSouthern Yellow-billed Hornbills (Tockus leucomelas) pair on tree branch. Pilanesberg National Park, South Africa. Up at 5:30 to clear skies. Into the park at 6. Nice light. Out to Manyore Dam for hippo pix with mist rising off the water. Breakfast while waiting at the hide.

Coffee at the restaurant in the middle of the park, then north. Saw 1 rhino and 2 lionesses, but not good for pix. Did shoot baboons, yellow-billed hornbill, hoopoe, baby grey lourie on my shoulder, then a few more in the aviary.
