From the Journals...Zion National Park, Utah, USA. July 1990
Zion was the last of the parks we visited. We knew that this trip would be more of a preview of the parks and that we wouldn’t have time to to fully immerse ourselves the way we would have liked. We considered it to be more of a scouting trip for future adventures. We weren’t disappointed—it is a beautiful area, and so different from the landscape of the northeast US that we call home. Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time…
