Children on Temple StepsChildren on Temple StepsFour children on steps of temple, Darbar Square. Kathmandu, Nepal. As I walked into town, I changed money (on the black) at the xxxx xxxx Shop. For TC’s I got $1=Rs29. I explored around Durbar Square for a while, and discovered there is more there than we had seen before. I took some pix, and as I was changing rolls, I met a couple of fairly young professional photographers. We talked shop for a while.

I went to the post office again—no letters for either of us. I bought bus tickets for tomorrows’s trip to Dumre. Walking back towards Durbar Square for more pix, I had lunch (delicious fried momo) at the Tibetan place on Freak Street.
