From the Journals… Still More from Trinidad, Cuba. February 3, 2017
I walked back up the hill to the Cas de la Música and sat on the wall at the bottom of the steps. There was a band playing nice music and a good internet connection, so I spent about 50 minutes deleting most of the 450 emails waiting for me, and responding to the few that required my attention. A new and more lively band came on and turned up the energy a couple of notches. Loads of people were coming in to this open air area, and many were dancing near the band. When they finished at 10 I decided to leave. Comments
