Golden SunriseSunrise Silhouette of Minnanthu Paya. Bagan, Myanmar (Burma). Up at 5:15 to be ready for my tuk tuk driver for sunrise pix. We went to an area that I had identified on the map as possible good angles, the Minnanthu group. We arrived just in time to catch the dawn glow and get some good colors. I shot several temples and stupas as the color lasted for about 10 minutes. 

We moved slightly up the road and were hanging around waiting for the sun to rise. It was at this point that many hot air balloons were drifting overhead. I got the sun coming up between a couple of stupas, and just as I finished my shot a couple of cars pulled up and parked right in front of those stupas.
