The taxi picked us up at 6:00 am and we drove to Nyein Gon Paya. I was somewhat surprised that there were other crazy folks up at that hour. We shared the sunrise with 40-50 others.

 It was a great vantage point for views in all directions. There was some fog/haze/smoke to add atmoshpere. I got some excellent pix and did some panos. I used my split-ND filters for some pix. Stupas everywhere, and receding into the distance. Closer to 7:15 I got pix of the hot air balloons.
