Up at 5:30 to hike Table Mountain, and this time the weather was perfect and stable. It was uphill all the way, even enough to get Mark realizing that if he is going to do Kilimanjaro, he better start training.

Nice views on top of the city. This really is a beautiful city and the location is very dramatic. I got some pix. The hike down was tough on the knees, and the temperature was noticeably higher. Still, there were many people heading up, even just starting their hikes. We were thirsty and hungry, and stopped at a grocery store to buy lunch materials.
