I was out at 6:00 am on a rented bike, and headed east to search for rice paddies and good photo ops. It was an impressive sunrise, with the clouds all red and gold, but I didn’t have my tripod. Those same clouds then blocked the early sun, so I only had a few good minutes of light.

I took a spin through town, and explored some different roads. The bike is good for increasing the distance covered. Unfortunately even the maximum seat height wasn’t high enough, so uphills were a challenge. The camera bag didn’t make it any easier.
