Breakfast buffet at the hotel at 6, then we hopped on the motorbike to drive to the lily pond we had been to last night. We arrived at 7:30. We got in one boat and our model got in another boat.

We spent the next hour shooting this woman "harvesting" water lily flowers. It was all staged for us--she was using flowers she had cut earlier. We really worked the scene and shot from different directions using different backgrounds. I was a sweaty mess and my glasses were fogging up. I thought I overshot at almost 200 pix, but Minh got over 500 shots! I told him he better learn Lightroom to help him get through the his edit.
