I rented an E-bike and stopped at the Bagan Umbra Hotel to get pricing info for our tour. It turns out that we stayed here in 2003 when it was known as the Golden Express and was more of a basic place.

I rode on for a little way and ended up at the U Yen Gyi Temple for sunset pix. I was pleased with the results. I enjoyed the freedom and flexibility the bike gave me and wish I had more time to explore.
