Spectators at Bullfight, Plaza Mexico, MexicoBullfight Spectators After showers and breakfast, we ventured on to the Metro. (It’s cheap, fast, and easy--a good choice. We are just on the defensive for pickpockets.) We got off at Chapultepec Park and walked to the Museo Antropológico. It was a good exhibit, full of much more info than we could handle, so we just skimmed.

When we finished inside, we went out to see the Voladores dangle from a tall pole, one of their traditional ceremonies. We found some shade, and were happy to relax for a couple of hours after our exhausting tour of the Museo.

At 3, we started for the Metro station again, this time on our way to the bullfight at the Plaza de México, a 65,000-seat arena. It is an interesting experience to watch this cruel sport, and the audience’s reaction. I got good crowd pix.
