From the Journals… Angkor, Cambodia. February 15, 2016

Fading Into the PastFading Into the PastThe jungle takes over the ruins of Ta Prohm. Angkor, Cambodia. Another early start for sunrise at Angkor. Still not early enough to get a good spot for pix at 5:40. I squeezed in where I could and another photographer claimed I was blocking his spot. He could have shifted over a foot to his right, but instead his wife was determined to stand in front of me to block my shots. Good thing she was short.

I had breakfast there after the sky did its thing, then moved on. I made brief stops at the South and Victory gates of Angkor Thom and the Bayon for pix. My main destination was Ta Phrom, the site where the trees have taken over.
